Robocons are sentient life forms who originate from the Robocon Universe. Unlike Humans and similar beings in the Holoverse, Robocons have transcended their physical existence into becoming beings made of consciousness. This transformation took place during the events of so-called "Roboom", but came at the cost of splitting the Robocons into two factions: Visicons who sided with Vision to form the Holistic Union and Oblicons who have descended into Oblivion.

The most detailed description of Robocons can be found from the book Holistic Union 3, written by 9:

9's Diary

Day 36 since my emergence into the Gateway World

Today, I have examined the archived information about Robocons that the officers brought to me. Initially, Robocons were beings based on a substance similar to carbon in their own universes, just like humans and the natives here. In what is now known as the Robocon Universe, they were highly intelligent, sentient beings with a far superior level of development than humans, the rulers of their own planet. The ancestors of the Robocons began altering their life forms through technological advancements. They sought to enhance their consciousness, originating from their biological infrastructure, by integrating computers and technology into their bodies, turning themselves into beings that can only be described as "robot-like" by a human.

These were clearly beings with a high desire and will to become Gods in any sense of the word. They aimed to transcend their own bodies, striving to evolve into a superior entity beyond the biological form they felt disgust towards.

However, despite their high will for deification, they lacked a organizing power or a philosophical system to prevent corruption from emerging. Their technology advanced, progressed, and eventually, their biological bodies transformed into entities made of pure consciousness and disappeared. Their consciousness ascended itself to a higher existence perhaps. But not all of them have ascended towards a vision; each one of them became the embodiment of their own consciousness, became who they truly were.

It is more accurate to think of the Robocons' new forms as a type of energy or information. Just as sound and light can be transmitted through specific material mediums, Robocons can appear in various forms wherever consciousness exists across all universes. Malevolent Robocons—those who are power-hungry, attention-seekers, or with a weak spirit—can emerge in any universe, feeding off consciousnesses that harbor such feelings. They can also sustain their existence through the minds they haunt. A Robocon cannot be destroyed unless all the spirits it has haunted are eradicated.

Among them, the entity known in our world as the Dark Spirit has organized all the evil-natured Robocons around itself and has set its sights on invading all universes and dimensions through them. It has subjugated all its rivals in its own universe to build its army. This being must be the embodiment of a narcissistic consciousness. Although the archives I have read do not contain clear and definite information about it, what I have learned so far indicates that this entity is our main enemy. I will take notes when I access more new sources of information on this subject.

Upon reading what I have written so far, I realize that I may have portrayed Robocons as purely devilish, greedy beings. Not all in the Robocon universe were corrupted; there were also consciousnesses wanting to help and solve problems. We need to find these and gain new allies in our fight. We will strengthen them, and they will strengthen us. Thanks to them, we can gather all the positive consciousnesses in the universe on one side. Whatever task is given to me at this point, let my focus again be the vision…
